The listed Property show – this was a great event!
Gowercroft Joinery will be displaying its revolutionary new Winston and Richmond heritage windows on stand C7 at the Listed Property Show at Olympia on the 24th and 25th February.
There’s been a huge amount of interest in our Winston heritage sliding sash and Richmond heritage flush casement windows, particularly since winning the “Best Windows” category in the prestigious ‘Build It’ awards last year.
Specially developed for listed buildings, these pioneering new windows combine our traditional joinery and craftsmanship with Pilkington Spacia™ ultra-slim vacuum-cavity glazing in order to recreate the traditional look of single glazed windows of the past (with virtually no double reflection), whilst offering modern performance and energy-efficiency benefits.
On stand C7 there’ll be experts from Pilkington Glass on hand to give full details of the history, construction and benefits of these unique vacuum glazed units.
Continual Professional Development Session
As Gowercroft has a long track record of designing and manufacturing timber products for sympathetic restoration and replacement work on Grade I, II and II* Listed properties across the country, we’ve been invited to share our experience in a CPD seminar at 3pm on Sunday 25th February at 3:00pm. The CPD “Specifying Replacement Windows and Doors for Heritage Projects” will be delivered in partnership with Pilkington Glass and include a special feature on the unique benefits Pilkington Spacia™ vacuum-cavity, ultra-thin glazing.
Please note this session will be limited to 28 people and so places must be booked in advance.
