In 2024, we dedicated over 1,250 hours to product development, refining our designs to ensure they remain at the cutting edge of performance and craftsmanship. With 1,500 bespoke CAD drawings completed, every product was tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers, blending heritage aesthetics with modern innovation. This relentless focus on improvement keeps us at the forefront of the industry, delivering windows and doors that stand the test of time.

This year, we completed 250 service visits, reinforcing our commitment to our industry-leading 10-year guarantee. If there’s ever an issue, we sort it—even if it’s 9 years and 364 days into the guarantee. We take full responsibility, whether it’s down to the installation, manufacturing, or supplier.
