Mock Wooden Sash Windows

Manufacture and installation of external and internal joinery package for a new build. Mock sliding sash windows, external doors and sliding, folding door sets supplied throughout the house.

Garry Middleton-Batts of EGM Interiors has been a long time client of Gowercroft, and his latest project in a leafy Birmingham Suburb was slightly unusual.

The request was for imitation wooden sash windows to help achieve a more traditional look while keeping a more usual casement window.

Decpetively Traditional Casement Windows

The solution came from the Gowercroft Hardwick range of casement windows. The traditional look of these windows added to the timeless feel of the property whilst bringing all the benefits of modern double glazed units. The improved security, sound proofing and insulation properties of the windows were exactly what Garry’s client was looking for.

The property itself is a very striking structure. It’s low lying expanse is deceptive, and the building uses the surrounding landscape to actually have two levels. With such an exclusive and aesthetically clever design it was important that the windows and doors matched in both style and quality.

We completed the design and manufacture of the doors, windows and joinery by working closely with Garry at every stage to ensure both he and his client were entirely satisfied with the products.
