Our fifth year!
For the fifth year running, Gowercroft Joinery will be exhibiting at the Homebuilding and Renovating Show at the N.E.C. In an industry where buying decisions are increasingly made online, why do we still spend such a significant portion of our marketing budget visiting these types of events?
- For a company who pride themselves on offering the best quality products in the marketplace, it is very important to allow potential customers to physically interact with the products and see that quality directly. When purchasing decisions are made online or without at least seeing physical samples, then it is almost impossible to understand the gulf that exists in quality within the market. The only true way to appreciate this is to touch and operate products at an event like this exhibition.
- We also firmly believe in creating long term relationships with our customers. From a customer’s perspective, visitors will be looking for an excellent product which is backed both by a solid guarantee on paper and a reputable company standing behind it. From our perspective, we want to make sure that we truly understand a customer’s project and requirements for timber products, to ensure that we can give the best advice and a competitive quotation.
We have a limited number of free tickets available for the Homebuilding and Renovating Show, so if you are currently considering options for windows and doors, then please get in touch as soon as possible and we will post some to you. If you are unable to make it to the exhibition or it is a little too early in your project cycle, then we will also be at the Grand Designs Live at the ExCeL in London in April/May and Grand Designs Live at the N.E.C. in Birmingham in October. If none are convenient or you prefer a quiet sit down, then we always welcome customers or potential customers to visit our workshop in Derbyshire, please just give us a call to arrange an appointment.
