Started as an apprentice in sales & marketing in 2015. With time he has gained more understanding of Gowercroft's products and processes which allowed him to take on tasks related to the production side of the business. It became clear that he was more suited to this kind of role, and took the position of Production Coordinator.

I'm just starting out on the career ladder. I worked for a while in McDonalds, but I'd rather eat it than serve it, then I started an accounting apprenticeship but they went out of business, so after another stint at McDonalds I landed on my feet here.

Production Administrator & Servicing Coordinator
Having completed my Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship at a business round the corner, I was looking for somewhere to put it to good use. I heard about the role at Gowercroft on the grapevine and interviewed with Darren, who was impressed with my experience in the customer service department. Organising transport, checking production and communicating with customers to keep them up to date were all tasks that I completed to a high level in my previous role and are the main components of my job here. I have also taken on additional responsibilities such as being the point of contact for the apprenticeship programme.
What I like most about working at Gowercroft...
I live locally and knew that Gowercroft has been established for a long time. I also knew employees that work here and had nice things to say, which have all proven true since I started.
